I work with individuals, couples, and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in stressful patterns. I offer a calm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where you can feel safe to explore challenges related to anxiety, relationships, parenting, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and CBT/DBT-informed strategies. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional regulation, communication, and self-understanding, while building practical, values-aligned tools for meaningful and lasting change.

I offer counselling in English and Farsi.
